We also have a bunch of gigs to announce...

Aug 25th: Save the Drip Benefit: Sing Up The Power, with Golden Guitar winner Luke O'Shea, at Gulgong Opera House

August 26th: Black Box Theatre, Dubbo

September 14th 16th Yass Irish Festival

September 23: Folk By The Sea Festival

...more gigs TBA in October up the coast in Bellingen and Armidale!

And so, the video...

Wyndradyne (Wiindhurradaany) was a great warrior of the Wiradjuri Nation in their war against the invading British. The first tune tells of his march over the Blue Mountains for peace talks. The second tune is named for Pemulwuy, the Darug warrior and Cleverman who was known to be impervious to bullets, and escaped capture from the British by transforming himself into a crow, and flying away through the bars of the lockup.
